What to Expect
Embodied practices like somatic movement and breathwork help ease the nervous system and prepare your body and mind to drop into deep meditation and relaxation. In this state, you'll be guided to drop into your heart space to explore old beliefs and patterns you might be holding here. You'll have time following our heart space meditation to process, release, and engage in a guided exercise to integrate a new story or belief as you move forward.
